This album hit at an exceptionally pivotal time in my life. It’s a musical representation of experiencing and recovering from an anxiety attack (when listened to in order, obvs), and the repercussions it can have on your life and your relationships. When it came out, I was working through a really ugly breakup, and it literally changed me as a person. Soooo good"
